 There are some words help you get along with whomever you meet. In this lesson, you're going to learn how to say please, thanks, you're welcome, sorry, and excuse me.

The Mexican expression ¿Mande? is used all the time in Mexico, anytime someone wants to know what you'd like or how they can help.

Note: Just like here, the first floor can mean the ground floor, or can mean the first floor above the ground floor.
