Proyecto: Voy a ..., Me gusta


Now it’s time to let someone get to know you by talking about what you like and where you go. You'll also learn how to ask other people what they like and where they go in their free time.


Instructions:

  1. Write a paragraph (3-4 sentences) using the phrase voy a (I'm going to) to tell what you're going to do and where you're going to go this weekend or on your next vacation. Include at least 4 activities or places.
  2. Write another paragraph (3-4 sentences) using the phrase me gusta (I like / I like to) to say what you like: what you like to do, what foods you like, or what kinds of books, movies and music you like.
  3. At the end of your assignment, write down 3 of the following questions that you can imagine asking someone else.

 What do you like to do? ¿Qué te gusta hacer?
 in your free time en tu tiempo libre
 What kind of books, movies or music do you like? ¿Qué tipo de libros, películas o música te gusta?
 What kind of food do you like? ¿Qué tipo de comida te gusta?

 What do you do on the weekends? ¿Qué haces en los fines de semana?
 What do you do over winter break? ¿Qué haces en las vacaciones de invierno?
 What do you do in the summer? ¿Qué haces en verano?

 

 
Rubric:

 For an A:

  Use 4 phrases using voy a, and 4 phrases using me gusta. These are mostly grammatically correct and for the most part spelled correctly in Spanish. Also, copy down 3 questions.
   For a B:

  Missing 1 question or phrase. 		   For a C:

  Missing up to 2 questions or phrases. 		  For a "try again":

  Missing 3 or more questions or phrases.
